This integrated production line consists of a swab forming main machine, oven and packaging station.
By changing molds, the same machine can produce regular teardrop swabs, pointed and spiral cosmetic swabs, as well as nipple-shaped baby swabs, helping you save investment costs.
Features
Swab Forming Main Machine: Well-engineered design, premium configurations, exquisite workmanship, precision components, nice finished products and low power consumption. This main machine adopts cotton tearing technology. Without damaging the length of cotton fibers, it distributes equal-length cotton sliver onto each stick. The cotton is tightly wrapped around the stick via covered molds to form uniformly sized tips that are firm and not easy to fall off. It achieves attractive swab tips with consistent size, strong tensile resistance and good water absorption, making it an ideal replacement for small rotary swab machines.
Oven: Fully constructed with stainless steel for an elegant look, easy cleaning and permanent rust resistance. Its internal structure adopts our latest design to realize power-saving operation and efficient drying performance.
Packaging Station: Multi-functionality is realized by replacing the packaging station. It supports production for pouch packs, round box packs, square box packs and more on one single machine to reduce your investment cost.
