This new-generation paper cup forming machine is a fully automated unit capable of stably producing paper cups of various specifications. It achieves this through a continuous process involving multi-row automatic paper feeding, an anti-reverse mechanism (ensuring precise positioning), ultrasonic or electric heating welding, oiling, robotic cup-sleeve transfer, sleeve placement, bottom punching, bottom folding, preheating, knurling, rim curling, and cup collection. It is a newly developed model featuring comprehensive technical improvements.

1. Production speed of 80–100 cups per minute.
2. Reduced overall dimensions and a more rational, compact structure; the process has been simplified by replacing the original three-turntable design with a single main turntable plus a small cup-discharge turntable, making cup collection simple and convenient.
3. The bottom-cutting blade is positioned at the base of the cup mold; once cut, the bottom paper is punched directly into the cup sleeve, preventing bottom-flipping issues and enhancing stability.
4. The machine utilizes a spray-lubrication system to minimize wear on mechanical parts.
5. It employs non-contact, multi-point optical sensors to detect operational anomalies, triggering automatic alarms and shutdowns to prevent component collisions, thereby improving stability and extending the machine's service life.
6. Multiple gear transmission sets ensure stable and durable operation of mechanical components, while a rational layout facilitates machine debugging.
7. The rim-curling stroke is easily adjustable to accommodate cups of different heights, ensuring efficient and smooth operation.
8. The bottom-folding stroke is 35mm and the knurling stroke is 50mm; sliding components use self-lubricating graphite-copper bushings for a smooth, steady vertical movement. Additionally, the lifting assembly has been redesigned from a single large plate to two smaller plates, reducing inertia and load for highly stable operation.
9. Bottom-paper waste is automatically discharged via a conveyor belt, making machine operation more convenient.
10. The upper frame features a thick, flat plate covered with stainless steel sheeting, giving the machine a sleek, professional appearance.
