● The machine integrates 12 sets of servo control systems and 3 sets of variable frequency drive (VFD) systems. It features high-precision photoelectric tracking, a high-definition human-machine interface display, rapid response speeds, and a high degree of automation. The system operates with exceptional stability and simplicity, boasting a novel design that allows the machine to maintain a steady operating speed of 70–80 packs per minute.

● It features a large-capacity, four-station bag magazine design (two in use, two in standby), allowing for bag replenishment without halting production—thereby ensuring maximum production efficiency. Utilizing a pre-made bag packaging method, the system employs negative-pressure bag feeding for precise positioning and includes functions such as automatic alignment correction, rejection of defective bags, and a "no bag, no product push" safety mechanism. The product collation method is simple and reliable, making size changeovers both convenient and rapid.

● The machine utilizes constant-temperature sealing and negative-pressure suction forming to create aesthetically pleasing corner folds and flat, uniform seals.
