Main function flow of the equipment:
1. Manually insert the clothing into the first section of the left belt, and organize the clothing, tags, etc. (The feeding belt part is completed)
2. Press the start button, the device will automatically start, and the clothing will automatically flow into the left and right folds of the clothing from the import belt. (Completed with dashboard mechanism)
3. Front and rear longitudinal folding (the folding length and method can be adjusted by the customer). (Front and rear longitudinal flipping mechanism completed)
4. After the folding is completed, the clothing is sent to the third belt for single piece hot pressing molding. (Completed by hot pressing mechanism)
5. At the hot pressing station is completed, the clothing is sent to the fourth section for layering of 1 to 10 pieces. (Completed by stacking mechanism)
6. After the layering is completed, the clothing is sent to the fifth belt, and the certificate of conformity is placed on the surface of the clothing. (Completed by the certificate issuing institution)
7. The clothing is sent to the sixth belt for bagging, and after bagging is completed, the discharge belt delivers the finished product to the claw retraction station. (Completion of bagging mechanism and claw release mechanism)
8. The claw withdrawing conveyor belt sends the clothes to the vacuum sealing station, and the sealing begins to work.
